I mean if you let Steve on, he will choose Yao as the one who score. Rick just want to establish TMAC's status in the team, so putting Steve on bench is the best result.

RA so far has not impressed me with his coaching. If James and Luther are slumping, change up the line up, we got two other guys sitting on bench that cant do any worse than them. I guess if we go on a losing streak, it's good its early in season with a tough schedule. Hope Rockets can get it together.

Right, Rafer's 9 points on 40% shooting, 7 assists, 4 boards and 2 steals really handed the game to the Spurs. All while he 'allowed' Parker 14 points and a whole 3 assists (averages 18.6 and 6.2).

He was 0-3 all 3p attempts for the majority of the game.

the rockets are 6-1! we HAVE to stick with this lineup!

uh, ok 6-2 but we've got to give them time to gel.

    6-3 but it's still a winning record!

    FRANCIS IS FAT! OUT!

I am so tired of this the guy who never gets off the bench is going to be good theory.

there was langhi, there was nachbar, there was vspan, and bonzi last year.. The guy who never plays is always suppose to be good and somehow somewhere he is the victim of the situation or coaching staff are just hating on him and doesn't want him to play and succeed.

Steve has spent time on the bench in orlando, he has spent time on the bench in NY... there is a reason he doesn't get the kind of pt he used to get.

Wrong, he played the most minutes of his career in Orlando, and they played well, until Doug Christie came along,
btw, Steve has always produced 20-6-6 his entire career when given plus 35 minutes.....

The music changes the pace. The storyline of the movie takes an unexpected twist. When everyone gives in and thinks that #3 will never be a ball player that makes a difference or even plays. All of a sudden, (with motivating music) Francis is called upon as the last and final option. He takes off, he scores, he thrives. Rockets wins! Francis is back in the rotation and is a key contributer going down the stretch......

I am very tempted to agree, I won't be so quick to give up on RA, but it doesn't make it easier...

Lost in all the "OMGZ Adelman hates Francis" hoopla is what he has done to Yao, our franchise center.

He has make Yao look out of sorts on the court, doesn't design a proper gameplan to counter the most obvious defense for Yao when McGrady is out (fronting), and doesn't have his players commit to feeding him in the low post. Yao is not as good this year as he was last year and injuries are not to blame, nor Yao's effort, since he's giving it his all out there. Maybe Yao is just playing poorly but Adelman's coaching has a major hand in it.

it's obvious that the guy isn't the old franchise.. he can't dunk anymore! he is no team player make team mate harder better faster stronger!!

attaboy Alston! keep throwing up those bricks man, you are doing nothing but nourishing our economy by lowering the unemployment rate (with all the Rim-maintenance job opportunities created by the bricks)

attaboy Luther Head! 10% from 3 point line in extremely impressive! that's not mentioning that you always get the opponent on lock on Defense (you know, Finley,Barry, just to name a few)

dang, I never thought I would say this, but I already miss the JVG days..

here's a slightly edited text version for convenience:
"Mr. urielsun, what you just said, is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. no where in your rambling incoherent response did you even come close to what would be considered a rational thought. everybody on this forum, is now dumber, having read this. I award you no points, and may god have mercy on your soul. :D "
