    No one doubt his history.
Now, many younger coaches do the better job.

Hes just not lucky at all. If Horry had missed that 3 pointer he would have a championship. And look at the teams he played in the finals the Bulls and the bad boys they was better teams. But hes still a great coach. Jerry Sloan hasn't won a championshoip and everyone knows hes a great coach.

Jerry Sloan has no ring, and he had Stockton and Malone.

    exactly,
but you don't hear the Utah fans wanting a new coach cause he's a great coach and he maximizes his talent.

i'm tired of Rick Adelman getting a bad "RAP".
cause, Rick the Ruler was one of the pioneers of RAP.

Can you guys tell me which UNEMPLOYED coach has the so-called "Post season success"? And no, one-and-done flukes like larry brown doesnt count.

Adelman is the best we can find.

Utah fans don't want to fire Sloan because he's dirty just like them. Honest people living in Utah either don't care about basketball or feel guilty that their team is taught to do everything that the refs won't catch to cheat their way to a win.

As Luke Wilson said in My Super Ex-Girlfriend,

"Don't go to Utah, Utah sucks."

Jerry Sloan has been the best coach in the NBA over the last 20 years, period. He has been consistent, creative, forceful, ruthless, and shrewd. His teams routinely overachieve. He's the #1 reason why Yao Ming and Tracy McGrady still haven't won a playoff series.

I seriously cannot understand why any Rockets fan would say something like this. Why would any fan have so little faith?

maybe they've never seen an NBA season before and think that its less than 82 games plus the playoffs.

Rockets fans know that while facing elimination, one can still win a championship or two.

Dream lover's "logic" (if you can call it that) doesn't even make sense... So what if Rick has never won a championship? Neither had Van Gundy, or any of the other coaches we have considered since Rudy's departure.

Dl's belief (and everyone who is harping on the fact that Adelman has no rings) is seemingly that if it hasn't been done in the past, then it cannot be done in the future. Talk about backwards. In that case, this whole team needs to be blown up because four of our five starters have never been out of the first round (the only one being Rafer, who barely made it, as a backup, in the east, and then got taken out in the 2nd round). In fact, our ENTIRE regular rotation outside of Rafer and Bonzi has never been out of the first round. So why are any of you even here right now? Shouldn't this team be beyond hopeless for you?

i don't know why people are living in the past, this team has been playing great for Rick Adelman. He's made the right choices so far, Aaron Brooks is the better choice than Francis or James. Landry and Scola getting good playing time.

I'm looking forward to Rick the Ruler's future with this team. This one of the best coaching jobs so far considering its just the all star break and he has this team playing on a high level.

Well Brooks is not better than Francis... the only thing he has on Francis is full court speed. Francis is better in literally every single other aspect of the game. But that decision was made for Adelman by the injury gods.

Francis of when ? the Rockets? yes. The Knicks had him #3 behind Marbury and Robinson, and the Blazers BOUGHT HIM out and kept.. Jared Jack and Steve Blake!?!

come on dude, its the last hurray for Steve. Never seen a guy rise so fast and fall so fast.

Well he was obviously pretty crushed and not too motivated by the time he got to NYC, and his knee has been bothering him since then, too.

We'll see how he comes back next year.
