At least he scared McGrady enough to make more than 70% of his free throws.

 

TMac sometimes speaks too much in public. Instead, he should do more "trash talk" in the game, which might help him get some whistles.

 

Aint that the truth. I wouldn't mess with Jeff either I was playing under him.

 

Hopefully any of the jazz players trash talk Tracy and gets him mad..

You know when tracy gets mad.. its bad news for the other team.. those eyes.. that face.

Now trade Tracy in the off-season for better depth, to some team that needs A+ talent but already has an alpha male player.

Tracy is a great player, but since we aren't going anywhere as constituted....

And sorry to be one of those "trade Tracy/Yao" guys. But it's time, it really is. When the opposing team's plan is simply "stop Tracy/Yao and you win," well....

This is nothing. It is being blown way out of proportion. Unless T-Mac is way too sensitive (which most of you will accuse him of, fairly enough) and unless Adelman is a control freak, neither of them will have problems with both of these comments.

 

The real problem is that the bus keeps hitting our folks and the refs somehow aren't calling the contact.

 

If tmac really wasn't playing the way AD wanted to be, then i believed we got a chance to beat JAzz if tmac sticks to AD motion offense.

 

IIRC, he started to take too many shots and ignore his role....and JVG shipped him out of town.

All I know is Adelman lead this group of Rockets to 55 wins. I'm siding with Adelman. McGrady has never seen a win total this high.

if there is a devide amongst the team, i'm choosing the side that has made the finals twice over the side that has never made it out of the first round.

This is the first time since coming to Houston that I have heard someone hold McGrady accountable. I think JVG knew how fragile Tmac is mentally and felt it was better to leave him alone. I guess that worked because he got the best out of Tmac IMO. Rick, however, is dealing with a diminished player with a bigger than ever ego. I will enjoy watching him hold Tmac's feet to the fire if he continues to play like a girl and complain like one too.

No, Offseason plan #1 should be trading McGrady's overrated ars. I was one of the biggest supporters of TMac but enough is enough. This guy just doesnt have the mental makeup it takes to be succesful in the playoffs. For the money he is making he should be taking over games in the final minutes not dissapearing. Get rid of him now before this explodes and we cant get a decent return for him.
