    So hes a good coach because he changes lineups and plays who is playing well?

    this is true. but i am sepculating... part of it could be also due to there is no star on the current team to cater for. yao is definitely unavailable, so there is no half court offense to worry about. les amd morey may have finally lost interest in mcgrady and are backing up adelman's decisions. if both are available, it could be a different story. this is a players' league after all.

    Well that is one of the reasons why he is so successful. It is a harder trait than how you say it. He is adaptive and this is very rare characteristic in the basketball word as well as anywhere else. Its easier said than done, especially when you are in the middle of the mess. Just look at the results. Yeah, we are not championship caliber but we are doing pretty well considering our situation. So yes, I appreciate RA's skill set and am glad we have him as a coach.
