    Yeah, wow, I was wrong.

Sinisi-0 errors all year, three in the last two games including two in one inning today. Wow.

Not looking good for the Owls. Stanford really has some bats, and our errors didn't help our cause...

Hopefully Vinny will get his head on straight for game 3 (provided a miracle doesn't happen in the last 6 outs).

That was a horrible call. Had the game been closer, Graham may have come out of the clubhouse to argue that one! :)

    WOW!!!

    4-0 after 5 1/2!!!

    This is so dominant!

Did anyone think that the ball hit in the bottom of the 5th was foul?

It was either really fair, or a not-so-great acting job. Tough call either way.

When was the last time a champion came out of the WAC???...in any sport?!?!

    Oh, and Go Rice!

My father was on the baseball team at Rice many years ago. I grew up a Rice fan and have been one all my life. I attended and graduated from Rice 3 years ago. I have never enjoyed a National Championship in any sport as a Rice fan. In fact, I have endured so many losing seasons that I have become hardened. It is now 8-0 in the bottom of the 6th inning. I'm hoping this one's gonna be different.

    GO RICE!!!

Got to go to the game last night and the atmosphere was great. I wish the game would have been more competitive although it was great to see Rice win. Congrats!!

Wow! That was great! I've been going to Rice baseball, basketball and football games since I was a little kid. Never imagined them winning a national championship in any sport! Congrats to the Rice Owls!
