Yes. It's been 11 months since his surgery. He started the season 8 months removed from surgery.

You would rather have RGIII as your QB over Brady?

Clearly not himself and its so depressing watching this as a Baylor fan after watching him when he was at Baylor. The Redskins should sit him now that they are technically eliminated.

Are we watching Johnny Manziel's future? RGIII was so great when healthy; his career may be over.

Ahh, thanks for the correction I thought it had been longer -- he still has plenty of time to fully recover. If I were the coach though I would definitely shut him down for the rest of this season since it's clear he isn't at full speed and is favoring that leg.

If he wasn't fully recovered before the season (and it doesn't seem like he was) which was shorter than the time frame generally given for recovery from an ACL, then I'm not sure how much recovery can actually be done during the season. It's not like he's sitting out games and practices, rehabbing and trying to get back on the field. When he tore the other ACL in college, it happened in the 3rd game and he had 11 full months to recover and rehab between actual games vs. 8 months this time.

1 bad season sure, but let's not get carried away, I'm sure he'll have a much better season. He wasn't himself this season, although he gets hit way too often. He really needs to learn to throw the ball away instead of holding it and trying to find receivers when they aren't open. He's taking unneeded hits.
