Criminal minds can't wait to get a piece of the FDA corruption market.

I think the agency actually isn't big enough to properly regulate and effectively stop the tactics used by some big pharma and corporate farming giants.

LOL, if you cared about incompetent or corrupt folks you wouldn't be praising some guy with no real medical background, wearing a tin foil hat to head the FDA or a pathological lying felon, fraud, and white collar criminal to run this country. Drink up that raw milk and go buy up some of ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, and other crap RFK and Trump push. Douse it all down with a big glass of Kool-Aid.

Yeah that’s about equal to vaccines causing autism

I’d agree HHS shouldn’t be sharing sexual orientation pride days, but at the same time, who gives an absolute shet, it’s not like it’s hurting anybody

If people are allowed to buy cigarettes they certainly should be allowed to buy raw milk. It’s an additional risk, but no reason why it’s one that shouldn’t be a choice.

As JV noted you can buy raw milk in some states and under certain conditions. Also cigarettes purchases are heavily regulated and taxed. Simply removing health regulations and promoting raw milk as what RFK Jr is doing isn’t the same thing. That would be like saying cigarette sales shouldn’t be regulated because they are amazing.

Yeah in Texas you can get it direct from farm, I’m not saying it shouldn’t be regulated with the risks being made known, I’m just saying there should be a legal pathway for purchase. I have no idea how RFK is related here I haven’t been following the conversation and was just replying to that post singularly

Raw milk is one of those things that have become a cause celeb among some people and there have been a lot of exaggerated claims about it. RFK Jr has pushed it.

Raw milk isn't some red line for me. If we make it available in grocery stores, I don't care. Amateur cheese makers will rejoice.

If there were suitable warnings and concerted campaign to make people aware of the risks of the bacteria that can thrive in raw milk. All of that would be very expensive.

I guess I am ignorant on this subject, but why would anyone want RAW milk..................I will just take my 2% on my Captain Crunch and be satisfied. I do worry about RFK will do to OSHA which I rely heavily on, not to say they can't be better, but we need them for all the idiots who try and skate on Safety Issues in our industry not to mention the FDA, which again can get better but you don't eliminate them

So. Someone who cannot protect his own milk supply is expected to supervise the nation's milk supply

QUESTION: If your product KILLS someone . .. . even just makes them Extremely sick.
What recourse do they have/should have?

Mr Raw milk has been recalled 13 times. . . shouldn't someone who got sickened by it be able to sue him for big money?
    The . .. "I didn't mean to" defense should not work . . .correct?
Perhaps opening the courts to be able to SUE people out of business should be the regulation we need.

Cutting Corners to increase profit at the expense of that money coming out of the consumers pocket for medical expenses should not be acceptable

Farmer saves 3$ but the consumer not has to pay 3000$ for medicine .. . .nah son

There are plenty of idiots out there who like to skate safety issues. OSHA protects workers in those type environments, and I don't want to see people in OSHA or the FDA regs dwindled down to allow workplaces to make more profit by cutting inspectors that are there to ensure workplaces don't put their workers at unnecessary risk just to cut costs and increase profits.

We have lived in such a cleaned up life. . . because of regulation
we beleive. . . NO ONE WOULD DO THAT TYPE OF THING

PEOPLE: No one would make people working 16 hours in unsafe conditions!?!?!?!?!?!?!
    CORPORATIONS: Wanna bet?

PEOPLE: NO ONE would server that to people

What conditions would that be? Walking into Sprouts and buying the gallon of raw milk that cost double the ultra processed "regular" milk?

Raw milk will cost way more than double regular milk.
