I guess this thread is as good a place as any to mention that during this offseason, I will be bringin out Smeggy's 95 Finals videos and releasing them like we did the 94 Finals last offseason..

While we're on the subject, yes, why not bring back Cassell? And Horry? It works on the court. It works financially. And it will be the perfect bridge from the Olajuwon era to the Yao era. For one more year, let's see Cassell and Horry feed the Big Fella'. Let's see them hit some game-winning jumpers. Let's see them retire in Rockets Red.

 

Great clip, but the really, really nasty one from 1995 that I remember was Clyde, full speed on the break (I think it was in the Summit) approaching the basket from the right side, gliding in and windmill/hammering it over Rodman. Would love to see that one again.

 

The one I never see is Dream going over/through the Knicks front line to slam down an offensive rebound. Awesome! (And I mean "Awesome!" in the traditional sense: Inspring awe, terrific, extraordinary... not the current diminution of the word to mean cool or good.)

 

what about when barkley was going up for a 2 handed dunk, only to meet hakeem at the rim, and barkley lands on his big behind?
