Return of the Red Rowdies

of course the tryouts are the only weekend ill be out of town the entire year. Oh well I guess ill have to try to be a Red Rowdy with my season tickets in the upper bowl. Good Luck to those of you guys that are trying out and I hope I can at least hangout with you guys before or after the games.

I agree! The more Rowdies the better! Tryouts should be a blast! Im taking Sat. Sept.22nd off! Anyone have any good ideas about a theme, how i should act or what i should say?

I just put two and two together, and what I got was a dubious suprise...

It just occured to me that the Red Rowdy tryout that I've been anticipating for so long is the same day as Yom Kippur (for those of you who don't know, it's the holliest day of the Jewish year). Required to fast all day (not even water is allowed), there is no way my two roomates and I will be able to make it as planned.

Needless to say, I'm pissed off. It's just shocking to me that the Rockets (who happen to be owned by a Jew) could overlook this.

I don't even know what to say.

 

Dream played ball without drinking water on those Sunday afternoon games during ramadon I think you can get it together for a tryout

Problem is, I'll also be in shul (church) till about 5.

I'd put in a call and ask if you could submit a video. I'd have to think they'd be understanding. Hard to have a better reason than that.

I've had friends calling me with the same problem too.

I've gotten word that November 1st vs. Utah will be another round of auditions for people who can't make the 1st audition. It will be a viewing party, similar to Dave and Busters last year.
