    Oh man so many businesses don't get this. Especially big ones like hospitals, colleges etc. Doubly so when you have senior leadership who still don't know how to use e-mail.

    I don't know if I ever used Lynx. If I did, it was only briefly. Mosaic and Lynx came around the same time, and well, Mosaic had... graphics. They both came around the time the WWW was "created" or popularized, so I went straight from posting on Internet newsgroups in the 80's via BBSes to finally getting on the WWW around '93, and so Mosaic may have been the first browser I settled on.

    Telnet...that's what I used for my first e-mail account, in 1995, on bayou.uh.edu.

    I use Opera because it’s mostly like chrome but with a little more privacy from Google.
