Respect the idea of this thread (and I'm a fan of Ike, though -- surprise of the week -- I wasn't alive back then), BUT... some of y'all really don't get it. There are not policies and ideas motivating the current "conservative" movement. Some or all of today's "conservative" movement would support Ike if: (a) Trvmp or FAUX told them to do so. (b) He fired off nasty social media posts at perceived libs That's pretty much it. He would get bonus points if he made nice with billionaires and demon hunters.
