It's really kind of cute how scared neo-cons are of Obama. If he was such a fraud, why wouldn't you want him to face your candidate in the general? A true fraud would be exposed by then and you'd get an easy win.

A friend of mine who works for the Texas GOP has said as much. They know if it's a Obama vs. McCain general, Obama probably wins in a landslide.

So, can I say Hillary united both parties and she is a true uniter?

    LOL, this is too funny.

Major -- I think you seriously underestimate how venomous Hillary can be. She is a pit viper, complete with forked tongue.

You missed TJ's point. He wants Hillary and Obama to slice and dice each other to the benefit of McCain. It's not a bad strategy, actually, for the GOP to keep Hillary in the running.

Great thread, much props to the thread starter/creator!!! The smell of fear (not very cleverly disguised) to the intellectually lazy and entitled ones posed by the Obama camp is astounding.

    My thoughts from another thread.

    Desert Scar:

See my thoughts in response to yours in that thread.

It's already "mud wrestling nasty" and it will only get more so. That is her ONLY path to the nomination.

Texas Republicans of good standing, let this be your late afternoon MOTIVATIONAL BURST to inspire you to rally tomorrow and head to the polls. Vote AND caucus tomorrow for Hillary Satan Clinton so that the mud slinging and odorous, rancorous, and cantankerous internecine struggle continues!

    HILLARY FOR HILARITY

I don't disagree - but I think it's fair to say that the race going to TX/OH has helped expand and improve his infrastructure in both states. It will hurt him in the short run, but he'll have many months to recover from that. The infrastructure will benefit him enormously down the line (moreso in OH than TX, obviously).

The funny thing is that if Obama wins Texas, it might be the crossover Republicans that put him over the top. They are estimated to be 10% of the primary tomorrow, and polls show him leading about 2-to-1 with Republicans. If all those numbers hold up, that gives him an extra 3.33% net to his total vote.

If I were a republican, I would vote for Hillary. If you believe that Obama has a better chance than Hillary, vs McCain, then why not?

Because enough of y'all do that, and McCain sends (another) weak signal with a bad showing versus Huck (or even Paul, in TX).

GOP hasn't sewn things up yet.

My Republican parents voted for Obama, absentee. They don't want the GOP to win more than they want to see the best possible candidates in the general. That's their version of loving America, bless them. :)

Are you plagiarizing from this article? Looks like it. Nice, very Obama-esque.

    http://wizbangpolitics.com/2008/02/29/will-texas-republicans-put-an-end-to-hillarys-campaign.php

As many as a tenth of the Texans voting in the Democratic contests could be Republicans, and overwhelmingly they favor Obama, a first-term senator from Illinois, the polls show.
"I ran for Republican precinct chair. I went to the Republican state convention," said one of them, Donald Rau of Austin, who has already voted in early balloting. "In this election, I voted for Barack Obama."

If Republicans make up 9 percent of the Democratic electorate, the average suggested among major polls this week, Obama's advantage of 2-to-1 to 3-to-1 could translate into a 3½- to 5½-point pad on Tuesday night.
