I've moved farther away from the Republicans mostly due to nutjobs before the tea party. I've only voted in the 2008 election, so I really don't have a history of voting, but I am far more likely to vote Democrat then I would have been. I probably would have voted completely down the party line in 2004 and 2006 if I had voted.
