    HO HO HO!
I figured the opportunity to take a personal jab at The_Conquistador would stir Bat_Mensch Jones up! ...just more incredible lies from people who appear to be very jealous of me. I do take slight amusement that for whatever reason it appears as though I've really got Batmensch and rimrocker's goat. Splendid!

    GOOD DAY

Nice. I was betting that you wouldn't pull out your typical post of last resort until mid-afternoon but here you come through a little early. It's well known that when you accuse others of jealousy or obsession with you that you have nothing left to say. The goat that was got is your own.

If Fred Thompson is on fire, he won't feel it until next week -- and then someone will have a shout it in his ear. :D

    Good quote by Huck...

"There's three tickets out of Iowa -- first class, business class and coach. We hope to have one of those because otherwise you go home freight."

Huck up by 5 in latest Iowa poll. What will Willard do? What will it do the followers of the man with the great resume to get beat by a guy from Ouachita Baptist? I guess all management consultants are sad today.

I'm revising my Republican pick... Rudy's going to crater, big money won't let Huckabee win, Romney's too slippery and too Mormon for the GOP primary voters, Fred is DOA, Paul is a nut and the big money in the party will certainly never allow him the nomination, so...

McCain is poised to make a comeback as everyone's reluctant compromise.

I see it this way... Huck wins Iowa, McCain finishes one or two in NH, and the establishment, realizing Rudy and the rest are a lost cause, rallies around McCain in SC and sends him on the way to the nomination.

It wouldn't surprise me one bit - McCain is the one legitimate statesman in the bunch. I would love for a campaign between McCain & Obama. We might actually have a legitimate campaign about issues instead of silly character assassination.

Club for Growth hates him. He's somewhat fiscally responsible.

Well, they're running an ad against Huck...

Starting Monday, $175,000 buy hitting former gov.’s tax record will run on broadcast TV, statewide cable in IA, SC and on Fox nationwide.

I just read up on them. It's Stephen Moore's 527 and PAC. He really is the organization. The 527 is much, much bigger than the PAC, and it seems like its main mission is to fight Republicans who don't always cut taxes.

The mission is similar to Americans for Tax Reform, which is one of the better lobbying groups in Washington.

Change fiscally responsible to not against raising taxes, and your comment makes sense.

Stephen Moore looks like Mo Rocca. Remember Mo Rocca? What happened to him? Never mind...
