if I was a star in the NBA, I wouldn’t want to play in an ASG this year either

no parties, no large gatherings, no nothing...stuck in the hotel room getting tested daily and having to wear a mask everywhere...then playing in an empty building to cap everything off

man, I’d rather be at home chillin with my family

ASG sucks anyways. They need to find a way to make it actually interesting. Maybe it should be in the off-season so players are less concerned with injuries. The three point contest is dumb. It should be a two person event. The pg and the sg, none of this grabbing balls off a rack like it’s practice. I’d rather see a guard passing to him in rhythm. Slam dunk contest died when Dwight Howard threw it in front a foot away and they called it a dunk.
The rising stars and celebrity games are more interesting than the main event. Maybe tie the winner into finals home court like with baseball. Anything but the boring status quo.

I actually can't believe that Devin didn't make it. Of course, Anthony Davis will be replaced by Devin Booker.

 

Not really. Book missed some time and a slow start to the season. If he didn’t, he’d be there with cp3. But there’s still a chance with AD missing it. Either him or derozan will get in

 

More games played, more assists, more rebounds, more steals, higher PER. And as much as the Suns have been improving, they wouldn't be 20-10 (so far) without CP3 being the guy who runs the point.

It's more of a toss-up imo than "Booker got robbed!" as I don't think you can go wrong with either guy. But I think CP3 has been more important to the success of the Suns than Booker.

 

I wonder who LeBron would take out for Booker.

And yet no one is willing to say "_____ should be replaced by Booker." and just that Booker should have gotten in.

I guess you could take out Zion for Booker if it was player-for-player. If you had to take a guard out, I don't think Booker gets in over CP3 or Lillard.

 

From the link, Jared Dudley mentions politics, so it could be Zion.

Stephen A. did this the right way by stating that Chris Paul needs to be out in place of Booker.

Maybe they just need to expand the rosters to 15.
