Unless you're viewing some other video, my point is that he's not shown getting arrested on the video. He's shown being escorted away. Those are entirely different things. We have no idea when or what he was arrested for.

But he was charged with criminal trespass and espionage. So unless there were something else (i.e. him trying to get back into the event after he get escorted out, which could've happened) this looks like an abuse of power.

yes we do - the article in the first post says...

"The police station told JonesReport.com that Lepacek is being charged with felony criminal trespass."

"The state police in Goffstown, New Hampshire, where the arrest was made, confirmed that Lepacek is in custody on charges of criminal trespass."

it is a shame that you and many other americans feel that way, but it does make it easier to understand how our country has so rapidly gone the direction it has.

My point is that *what we saw on tape was not him being arrested*. For all we know, once he was escorted out of the building and told to stay out, he tried to get back in. You're taking one side of the story - by people who are known to be absurdly biased and flat out deceptive - and taking it as fact.

He wasn't arrested when he was being escorted out. He may have been arrested immediately after, or he may have done something else that got him arrested. Until you have the other side of the story, believing anything InfoWars people say is just stupid.

complete and total speculation on your part.

again, complete and total speculation on your part.

if he did any of the things you say than maybe his arrest could be justified, but if that was the case the police would have already stated so.

Yeah, because this story is soooo important and the news coverage is intense. There will be no detail left uncovered and unreported.

Of course its speculation on my part - that's the whole freaking point. You are taking at face value what a bunch of fringe lunatics that have a history of lying and exaggerating said. I am suggesting there are other possibilities. I made one possibility up as an example. Of course its speculation.

Why would the police have said so? Have you heard anything about this from anyone outside of this fringe lunatic group? Should the police be in the business of holding press conferences after every accusation by fringe crazy lunatics?
