Larry Brown is the most fortunate guy in the world.

I wish I am lucky enough to get paid 50M for doing a terrible job.

James Dolan, what an idiot. Can't believe I have worked for him before, I didn't even get 5k bonus from him.

I'm always skeptical when someone says that a coach has lost his touch. I normally don't think that happens until senility sets in. But, it seems to be the case with Brown. Maybe senility has set in, but the way he handled the Pistons in the playoffs last year and the way he's handled the Knicks this year, he seems to have lost his mind. Why would anyone want to hire him at this point?

Thomas taking over the coaching might be the best thing to happen to the Knicks. They'll continue to suck, I assume, and the owner will have no choice but to recognize that Thomas is the problem, since there would be nobody else to blame. Thomas would lose both jobs and Dolan, through sheer chance if nothing else, will find someone who can do at least a mediocre job.

if he could somehow top layden and then thomas for ineptitude with his next hire, we would have to get dolan some sort of award named after him.

Agreed...I know they had a crappy season, but to me, its Isiah's fault putting together a bunch of selfish players...It's got to be worth another year...
