Would be a good pickup for the Spurs and give them a nice wing combo of Leonard and Turner moving forward.

Turner with a coach like Pop and players like Duncan, TP, Gino around him will become a star.

West doesn't need to be tougher, send him to Charlotte.

Obviously you've never watched Brett Brown coach a single NBA game yet. Guy might be the closest thing to the next coming of Pop there is in the league right now.

My guess is this trade involves Leonard. They only real asset the Spurs have

His PER is below average. His numbers are clearly inflated by pace.

If it involves Leonard, SA is getting something else as well.

Tiago might be considered an asset by some GM out there.

San Antonio is interesting, but I doubt they'd want to pay him. As a wing who can dribble and chew gum at the same time, he's got a payday coming.

Didn't Pop say Leonard was the future of the Spurs? They aren't trading him for Turner.

    Yup.

He ain't bad, but don't be fooled by his per game stats. He's good but is not a game changer.

I figured Charlotte would be in the market to pick him up. Be a decent fit.

Nobody besides the Knicks or Nets.
    That contract is awful.

Pop is close to retirement. At one point Goerge Hill was the future of the spurs

    Hill was Pop's favorite player

Doubt that it involves an actual rotation guy. Most likely salary filler plus small asset like a future pick. Turner is not that good and his contract status is not favorable. His one year qualifying offer alone is more than $8M.

Don't even need to look at that next level of stats. Just look at his shooting % and throw up.

    43% overall, 29% from 3. Blech...

Still though, the Spurs would make it work.

don't let the volume fool you. Turner isn't actually more than average. I don't think he's done improving though.

Wth is the infatuation with Turner? There is at least 150 better players in the league. Seriously.
