Since February, I went from 178 lbs to 141 lbs and a 37 1/2" to a 29" waist by skipping breakfast and eating smaller portions . There are 2 skin creases on my stomach, where the fat used to fold.

Is there anyway to remove the skin creases from being a former fatboy? Anybody had success with using skin creams or supplements?

Skipping breakfast is usually a bad idea long term.

Regardless, I am not sure what you mean by creases, if you mean stretch marks you are out of luck.

Here is a pic, guys. They aren't stretch marks. When I was fat, I could lift up the fat rolls and see a crease between the rolls. Now, there are no fat rolls to hide the creases. The creases are always visible.

I had one too above my belly that is very slowly going away. Wrinkle cream/oils might help speed it up for minor creases. Dermabrasion or laser treatment might work. Best to see a dermatologist for advice (don't waste $ on a visit to your family doc)

How long have you been at your current weight? Sometimes all you need to do is wait and it dissipates over time or at least becomes less visible.

I don't think these skin creases are as severe as stretch marks though since stretch marks are permanent and actually rip your skin cells. I have tons of them all over my arms and stomach from when i gained 30 pounds in a span in three months and tried everything to get rid of them and was not successful, so i wouldn't suggest any methods that are used for treating stretch marks.

Like someone else the best thing to do is to go see a dermatologist. Im pretty sure these creases of yours can easily be taken care of.

Cocoa butter is commonly used for stretch marks, (didn't work for me) you could try that for a while.
