I mean Joe Millionaire 2. The show had never been done before, but now everyone will know to be suspicious. It won't be the same anymore.
Well I just watched the show this afternoon... Man oh man did I want to pimpslap Heidi! But those french subtitles made me laugh myself into a hysterical fit! MoJo? Get real. Any girl who gives herself the nickname MoJo is not worthy of being selected for anything. DaDa is right about the blandness of Joe. They really could have done a better job with that. As for the $19K/year story, is that true? I was listening to the radio this morning and someone mentioned that people who operate heavy machinery like that make at least 2-3x more than Evan's alleged salary. Could there be another lie we're not aware of? I've pretty much realized that the narrowing down process is my only favorite part of the show. As each name is called, it great to see the anger/bitter disappointment on each gold digger's face.
I've never seen the show, but does anyone out there think it would be a lot better if "Joe" was some ugly overweight balding guy in his late 30's? Then you would have seen all those girls talking about how "he's special inside" and "I really have feelings for him". Ha.
There's a rumor going around now that while he may make just $19K a year his family is rich. The french subtitles were great...making her out to look like an idiot.
Just saw the reshow...I can't believe he picked Mojo. I'm with Smokey, though, I want as many b****es to go as far as possible, because they are the ones that will have the funniest reaction when the news finally slips. I also hate that the elimination process is giving out necklaces to the girls that are staying. I really think either Evan or the butler need to go to each of the girls that are leaving, and say, "You are the weakest skank. GOODbye!"
This was a pretty cool show. I like Zora and Sarah, Melissa M. is ok. Heidi is a trick. Screw the rest... then kick them out of the hotel room.
That Alex McCloud, formerly of Trading Spaces, is a HORRIBLE host on this show. I guess that's why she is only on a couple minutes a show.
