I think shooting is a premium in the NBA but having a defense helps you win overall. KPJ is a very good shooter, he is a great catch and shoot player. FVV is a all star and a world champion who might not be a great shooter but he is a clutch shooter. Two years ago, he was a ALL STAR with that same FG%, he was one of the leaders on that championship team who made many clutch shots against Golden State in that series. If we get another shooter who spot is he going to take? We have great defenders right now, FVV and Amen putting pressure on the ball, especially Amen being 6’7. Brooks being a defensive specialist protecting the perimeter. However, we need a rim protector to stop the layup drills on our team in the 4th quarter. What shooter can he get? Trade? What asset can we trade for? KPJ is our best shooter on the team and we cannot trade him

Jokic is a considerably larger man than Sengun. This comparison is disrespectful to how great Jokic is. Sengun could be an all star reserve, but he will never be an MVP level player like Jokic.

Sengun needs a shot blocker next to him, maybe Jabari will become a rim protector out of necessity after missing out on Lopez. This roster’s limitations will test Udoka’s creativity.

I love how people make projections off of 1 and 2 year players stats. As if they don't generally spike after 1 to 3 years of development. As if we don't have a new coach. As if Tilman isn't done with tanking.

    only in shoes

and he has a long neck

    yada yada

Seriously, he is a bit smaller than Jokic, but he jumps higher. So the whole "oh but he is too small" argument is BS from his haters.
