I'm a r****d? Well, the jerk store called and they're running out of you! ;)

These aggies decide to go ice fishing, so they grab their gear and get a saw for the ice. They go to the ice and start sawing a hole when they hear a resounding voice from above "There are no fish there." So, they move over to another spot and start sawing again. Again they hear the voice "There are no fish there." Again they moved and started sawing away. For a third time they hear the voice, "There are no fish there." In frustration they throw down their tools, look up and ask "Who is that? Is it God" "This is the manager of the Galleria."

I didn't know his contract was guaranteed. We should definitely injure him then. I just want them to make a statement to him, like for example, I would be please if they made a big "You Suck" sign and put it above it locker. Okay I am getting a little vengeful but I am just kind of bitter how he never really developed as a Rocket. Well, I guess its not like Shandon is tearing it up in New York...

But, honestly, what did I do?

I didn't make any comments you disliked about Bullard.

You accused me of being a "puppet," which I think by now I've proven I'm not. (and even if I haven't proven it, I know I'm not.)

I'm not sure how this conduct raises to r****d level, unless you're as irrational as you're average aggie.

No need to be bitter just because you decided to make your username ricerocket. Come on, you know you regret it. Talk about starting early... you must have had one too many that day.;)

For the record, Bullard holds the record for single season 3pt% among Rockets. He obviously filled his role (outside gunner) very well.

There was an Aggie that was down on his luck. In order to raise some money he decided to kidnap a kid and hold him for ransom.
He went to the playground, grabbed a kid, took him behind a tree and told him, "I've kidnapped you."
The Aggie wrote a note saying "I've kidnapped your kid. Tomorrow morning, put $10,000 in a paper bag and put it beneath the pecan tree next to the slide on the north side of the city playground. Signed, An Aggie."
The Aggie then pinned the note to the kid's shirt and sent him home to show it to his parents.
The next morning the Aggie checked, and sure enough a paper bag was sitting beneath that pecan tree. The Aggie opened up the bag and found the $10,000 with a note. The note said, "How could one Aggie do this to another Aggie?"

Go to the hangout section, open a thread called aggie jokes, and have at it. This thread is about Glen Rice.

Yes, please, if this is a circus of chaos, can we see a jillion short people piling out of a tiny car? and a giant Chinese guy as tall as the Compaq Center, and a bunch of crazy guys doing tricks with balls, and, and... tons of sweet stuff like that!

Boy, if I ran the circus...

    LHutz, come back! :( :D

    yes....way too many aggie jokes.
well. about Rice. I dont like the thought of hopping for Rice to get hurt. Imean, he is a rocket, and he isnt bashing us. Iremember when people were this way with Cato, until this season. Well, Rice is in a shooting slump...(I am hoping) and maybe will pull out. thouhgh, i would like boki to eat away at his minutes.

Fat said something about there being tons of guys that could give you what Bull did ...but the fact is that it's not so easy to come into a game ice cold and try to hit a couple of threes...if it was so freakin easy Rice would be doing it ...Langhi would have done it ..lots of guys would do it...Thats why guys like Bullard and Kerr have been able to hang around as long as they did.I'd rather have a guy like that at the end of my bench than some guy that will never see the floor..Lets see ..works cheap .. knows his role....can come in cold and provide a quick spark....hmm yea I can see why someone would term a guy like that a piece of crap

I think one of the biggest problems with our chemistry, is that we don't really have any role players..Most of our guys are hungry to make a name for themselves.

Finally checked this thread out. I was wondering why it was so long, seeing as how Rice would get paid regardless. He also might be useful in trade to a team that needs cap room someday. (or we can use that cap room after next season)

After reading all the Bullard/Aggie stuff it became obvious. LeGrouper, you can post some good stuff... but this thread is an example of what's wrong with the BBS right now and you're not helping. No comment on the other two guys.

Bull was awesome, in my opinion, partly because of his incredible one-dimensionality as a player.

Nonetheless, Rocketfat has a good point - Bull did suck in many ways. Rocketfat's trash-talking, re: Bull and re: Bull Supporters, is hilarious.

    aggies are stupid

Yeah, I should have never been dragged into that crap. And I was a little harsh on Rice, but it is all about the journalism man. I am just really sad about how sad Rice is. But it is a little bit too Yellow journalism. But I was looking for those people like me who are simply ashamed of having Rice do that for that price tag.

I'm guessing now that this thread isn't about Rice anymore.

Get rid of the dog. If his vertical was one-one millionth of his $9M annual salary, then he might have some game left. He's washed up - he's got no jumper, no knees, no game. He doesn't give us any veteran leadership - what the heck did he ever win? Not a damn thing. Clear the way for our other forwards who have some game left in them - Rice is a joke.

Bullard is not the worst Rocket ever, simply a one dimensional 3pt threat, who us common folks liked. Basically because we can relate to him, he likes to fish and play hoops.

That being said here are the worst Rockets ever:

    Matt Maloney--PG
    Thomas Hamilton--C
    Scotty Quitten---SF
    John Turner--PF

Cant really think of a pathetic shooting guard any inputs?
