[relaxed]Nine years later, who'se responsible for 911?

I was big on most conspiracies so when the 9/11 one got started I was all over it. I used to try and convince people we were being visited by aliens and that alien visits were being covered up, the moon landing too. I don't believe any of that anymore. When I was younger I was easily awed and didn't take the time to look at the data from the other side. I'm passionate about the 9/11 issue now (apologize for the IDIOT comment) because most people I talk to that believe the conspiracy have done very little research and they are like me years ago; just awed by some viral videos. Around the world the percentage is much higher for those that believe America was responsible; blew up the towers, shot a missile into the Pentagon and so on and that just hits me in the gut. I don't think there is enough evidence for people to say America did this.

Occams Razor: A bunch of pissed off Jihadists used box cutters to hijack some planes and crashed them or a massive government conspiracy (with a dumb president/administration who failed in two wars) complete with controlled demolitions and missiles and nobody involved slips up?

 

I know a young guy like yourself has the answers to all of lifes problems. I also understand you believe that all "arabs", including the ones on the planes, are scrawny, weak and stupid, thus a 12 year old could have stopped a couple of "arabs" with boxcutters taking over a plane. I am curious though, if you were on a plane and a group of scrawny guys brandish their box cutters, how would you have stopped them from detonating their alleged bomb? Or do you also possess the gift precognition?

And the passengers were all dumb for not knowing that! By the time Flight 93 was hijacked they were able to find out through the phones that they were in a doomed flight and so they fought back.

 

The banking crisis would have occurred irregardless of 911.

I think that is the foremost crisis right now. The nation's general confidence (and Obama's approval numbers) are more aligned with the economy's performance.

 

I take it you didn't know that the policy on 9/11 was to cooperate with hijackers since a commercial plane had never been used as a guided missile and in majority of hijacking cases the plane and passengers were usually saved.

Also if you are wondering how the hell a bomb gets on a plane consider we've had guys getting bombs on in their shoes and underwear even with the enhanced security since 9/11.

The truthers in this thread and elsewhere have been conditioned to avoid putting forward any sort of positive theory on what happened on 9/11. This is a result of every one of their previous theories being debunked, causing great embarrassment.
