It depends on what you want out of the relationship. Some people can put up fronts for a month, others can last years. I'm sure there are some aspects you've kept from her. Probably haven't ripped a loud one in front of her. So if you want to know something like how many, and she tells you, that means you better be ready to take it to another level. If you're too conservative or righteous for that, then good luck searching for that perfect person...

Before she was in a relationship with you, it was up to her to do whatever she wanted. If you like the way she's been treating you, then don't worry about it. It shouldn't be a problem. Also to just assume that she had a one-night stand is making a huge assumption. Maybe she did, maybe she didn't. Either way it should be no concern of yours.
