(Rel. to Hou/NY Trade) If LeBron wins a Ring, is he more likely to stay w CLE?

If this trade goes down;

1) We start rooting for Cavs and Knicks
2) Knicks needs to have a great season so that Utah doesn't get a top 10 lotto pick
3) LeBron needs to win a ship with the cavs, so that he won't go to the Knicks. I doubt that Wade, JJ, or Bosh will go to the Knicks solo.

 

You could argue that if Cleveland wins a ring, Lebron can cross that off his checklist and proceed to some other goal, like playing where he thinks he'll get more attention.

 

TBH, I think there will be huge pressures from Lebron's sponsors like Nike for him to move... Bigger market and all...

Won't be surprised if they pay an incentive for him to move..

If LerBon really wants to prove himself, he should move to an even smaller market like Milwaukee or Atlanta. Win a chip there and he will be elevated to Jesus status.

He'll probably be a little poorer for it, but who cares, he'll be the next Jesus after VY.
