Regarding the lob pass

    Aside from the lob pass, aren't there other ways of getting Yao open down low when he's being fronted? I know it is more common for big men to set screens for shooters, but why doesn't anyone ever set good screens for Yao down low? Maybe bring over Cato or Eddie and have Yao roll to the free throw line? Sounds simple... probably too simple for a good zone defense to clog it up... but it beats watching guys clank the outside shots when they can't get anything inside the paint.
