wait till the series is over.. if they continue performing like they have in the first two games.. they're going to be the team who makes Houston blush being the first team to win 22 straight and not win but one damn game in the first round of the freaking post season..

Adlemen in press conference just said

"what i saw was luis had his hands on kiralenko and he flys back in to this stands like he got hit by a truck." "if luis is that strong, we would be handleing the boards crazy"

    something like that...i agree adlemen!

I really don't understand what some of you are expecting from a team that is without two starters. But I guess it's easier to just b*** and whine about how crappy this team apparently is than to accept the fact that barring some insane miracle of miracles, they weren't gonna win a championship without Yao this year anyways, despite how well they have played to this point.

That said, they played their hearts out but made too many mistakes that shouldn't be made on this stage by professional basketball players...blown layups and free throws are things that they can control and very well could have been a difference between a loss and a victory.

HOWEVER, despite their deficiencies there, they still had a chance to take the game and tied it up. And I find it completely inexcusable for the refs, in this sport or any other, to take the game out of the players hands in such a critical situation. If it's a legitimate call, fine. But that was far from it. Scola did nothing wrong; AK jumped off his arm and flopped right in front of the ref, who wasn't even watching that but instead TMac. Completely pathetic.

most pathetic display of fandom in the history of sports.
i'm impressed, you've now b/c the biggest loser on this board.
you don't think, other than free throw shooting, the team and tracy played their hearts out tonight and did us proud, then you are completely clueless.

go post on some other board where whiny bandwagon fans hang out, we don't need you on a real rockets fans' board.

Listen to Adelman's press conference. He is so PISSED OFF. Man I haven't seen him being like that before.

Said Luis got hammered, and the refs were awful. I love it Rick, gotta talk to Stern or Stu Jackson

Krilenko looked like he'd been shot in the gut. Scola needs to be careful with those loaded fingertips he's packing. Sheesh!

 Did you watch the whole game???? You didn't see in the first when a foul got called and the ref didn't even know who the foul he called was on, and then had to consult with the other refs? Or in the 4th when T-mac passed from the left corner of the baseline to Bobby who hit the tying three pointer and they called an offensive foul on Luis because AK47 flopped right in front of the ref after he barely made contact with the fingertip of Scola? Or what was obviously a flagrant foul by Okur on Luis; as he clearly didn't go for the ball but pushed him hard in the back into the Camera crew on the baseline?

So? What difference does it make? The refs are always right in this league.

It makes because we would have had a BIG chance of winning. You saw, Scola got hammered, than that stupid offensive foul. Refs in the NBA are getting worse and worse

Hey.. I don't and have not expected them to win the series.. tBut this is the game they should've one and they had ample opportunity to when those two were forced out for a decent amount of time.. just didn't take advantage of it, because despite playing damn good and hard more than they did game 1 they panicked when it presented itself.. this includes their lousy free throw shooting.. and to me that says this team.. is just the same old story..

No the refs are always right. Stu Jackson has their backs. Stern has their backs. They are always right. We could have had a great ending in this game if the refs made a mistake but the NBA would rather not have that.

Bad calls apart,we blew our chances to win.Luis with his terrible FT's,Tracy was doing a terrific job till the 4th quarter. Jackson did well and so did Brooks but no one else could score. Utah are the king of floppers,Manu is no match for them in this respect. The refs stink, but we could have won it.

The thing is, all of this wouldn't matter if the Rockets had gotten a few more rebounds, made a couple of gimmies and made some free throws.
