**** bull - the Jazz have been getting away with that kind of **** all series. Their defense is basically based around how much crap they can get away with. You don't call those kind of fouls in the fourth quarter of the playoffs in a close game.

If they had made their FTs they'd be ahead anyways, and it wouldn't matter. We lost because they shot 61% at FT line. Don't even try to argue because it's not the refs fault for the loss. Yes the calls suck but that didn't cost us the game from the get-go. The Jazz plan is to foul and foul hard and we have to hit our FTs. End of story.
The day this forum doesn't have threads detailing how the refs lost this game for the Rockets or that game...is the day everyone will know the Rockets have won something meaningful (which sad as it is, at this point is a friggin playoff series). Face it. Right now, we're making excuses...AGAIN. Personally, I think it's time to man up... The Rockets lost the game becasue they deserved to lose. The refs didn't make the Rockets lose; the Rockets made the Rockets lose. I'm pissed enough as it is, but personally, if you shoot 60% of your FTs, blaming the ref goes nowhere. If you're at home, at a critical game against a poor away team but an awesome home team, you bring your best, and if you don't, shame on you and GOODBYE, go let the door hit you on the ass as you're leaving. Hopefully, this is a wakeup call for Houston management. This team is awesome in the regular season. It is up to them to make sure that this success transfers to the playoffs...enough excuses.

Even though refs blew some calls, especially last one against Scola, Rockets had every chance to win if they made free throws. Not one guy you can depend on for free throws, except Yao. FREE THROWS!!!!!!! I dont remember one time where both free throws were made( just seems that way)
Missed FTs. McGrady having to do everything and then being ineffective in the fourth quarter. Scola playing hard but struggling to finish at the rim. No Yao. No Rafer. But we fought, tried to overcome all that...only to have it taken away with a Jazz flop on the game-tying 3. Just frustrating all the way around.
Yeah, 2 out of your 3 top scorers out of any team and see how great they will be. Everyone knows were not enough right now. Im just saying we played damn good against a 100% Utah team for where we stand
