These refs are terrible...at one point i couldn't even watch the game anymore. I turned it off and ended up coming back for the finale. OKUR omg that flopper flopped at least 3 times. Hey refs! If the player laughs after the foul, then its probably NOT a foul!
The referees are always horrible during playoffs. Remember when the Dallas playoffs series and those referees allow Dallas to play even even though Finley has one of his feet clear outside the court. We were definitely robbed of that series.
I remember that play like yesterday...I accidently kicked my beer across the carpet..that was Enron robbery
The Jazz went 20-for-33 from the foul line, getting 11 more chances than Houston (16-for-22) but failing to capitalize.\ lol, yeah pretty even my butt. Pretty sad when the refs start deciding to calls fouls for us at the end of quarters when they don't do nothing, but don't call them when a obvious foul has occured(like when T-Mac was driving to the basket with 2 Jazz on him and pulled up trying to score and they slapping his arms adjusting the shot, obvious foul... but no call)
Can't recall his first name but Wall or Wahl is pretty terrible. He was in the last game in the regular season in either Utah or Denver, and was also involved in that debacle in Sacremento(Miller got tossed, McGrady drew an offensive foul with a terrible flop).
The Rockets got the biggest call of the night when they counted McGrady's jumper when Landry was fouled off the ball. That was an absolutely terrible call and it ended up being the difference in the game. The officiating was no better or worse than any other game.
Of course the ball was shot when the fouled happen so it should count. Landry obviously was fouled earlier, but the refs didn't blow the whistle until Tmac shot the ball. Officiating was terrible, and as bad as I've seen in a long time. Why can't we get the good refs?
the problem i have with utah and the refs is this. utah is NOTORIOUS for flopping. they have 2 of the biggest floppers in the NBA in ak and okur. these refs watch the games that they officiate over after the game i'm sure. why don't they understand who the floppers are? they give stars the benefit of the doubt and reward most of them with calls (doesn't matter if they admit it or not), why not do the same with floppers? give them the benefit of the doubt that most of the time they flop and don't give them any calls. that will stop any flopping.
