I dont see how it isn’t a foul. Who cares if they don’t usually call a foul like that. He touched him on the chest and arm during his shooting motion before the shot clock expired.

side note, does it matter if the clock expires? Didn’t we have a foul against us a few weeks ago after the clock expired? Or was it they allowed the travel +1 after the foul?

if you foul someone after the clock expires but while they’re finishing their shot, eg a bad close out without letting them land… doesn’t that foul extend past the shot clock? Or as soon as the buzzer beeps can you deck a guy?
