Why are you arguing? I find it quite ridiculous and a waste of time to get emotional and insult another fan for their analysis and getting into an argument. Not disrespect or hate but mere analysis. Obviously you have your reality. And in your reality Sheppard has no flaws. Thats ok thats your opinion and you’re entitled to it.

Lol. Every Reed shot is more quality than having the majority of the rest of the team shooting. I’ve got zero issues with him letting it fly whenever he sees fit.

As someone else mentioned, most folks are upset with him with passing up shots. I’ve never really watched him much where I thought “oh Reed is just forcing shots and ballhogging”. Usually it’s the other way around.

your inferiority complex. I get it now. This is what it’s about. That’s why I’m in your mind every day. Especially at this time. Quite odd

Thunder have had the league's easiest schedule so far and have hardest remaining schedule. They've only played one good team all season and they won by 1, at home, in OT

Lol that’s the conclusion you drawn? Ridiculous. Reed has tons of flaws especially individual defense.. but all we are talking about is shot selection and he has the best one on the team by far. It’s pretty glaringly obvious unless you are just a hater.

I'm a little bit okay with Reed forcing a couple of "heat check" shots per game right now, which I do think he is doing. He's exploring the boundaries of his abilities as a shooter and figuring out what he can make work. As long as he's shooting a ridiculous 3P% overall, it's fine for him to do that, and it's part of his player development.

What makes star players stars is the ability to push those boundaries and still succeed. Do I think Reed will be a star? I'm still skeptical about that. But I've been wrong before and I'm generally okay with talented young players trying to push themselves.

Now, if he's still doing it at age 27 and it's clearly not working out, my answer would be different then. Or, if his 3P% craters and is no longer highly efficient (as it is now), I would say "dial it back a bit dude". For now though, let it fly, within reason.

Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one...

That's what people thought during the Golden State dynasty. But we almost beat them.

I don’t know why anyone would be complaining about Reed Sheppard taking poor shots. He is shooting 52% on two point shots and 48% on three point shots and has a true shooting percentage of 63% as a guard.

Yup, need to have that guy dial it back a bit and stop shooting that many shots on those ridiculously good percentages. It's totally killing my narrative lol

Yeah, but Bob Myers was not Presti and they didn't have the plethora of picks.....

Granted that this version of the Rockets are also relying heavily on the young players, you could say nothing is the same.....o_O

Also I see College teams already giving Group Interviews and howling like the Thunder.

OKC has already set the Culture for future younger generations. It is like the New Pop Wave for Bball.
