T.O. said something like, he was running the plays, running his routes, but the ball isn't coming to him or was nowhere close to him when it was. To me, that seems like he was saying Romo wasn't looking for him or not getting the ball to him when he did.

If that happens, then the end of the world is probably right around the corner for most Cowboys fans. Or, pigs will fall from the sky. :D

Some of the posts I was reading after this loss from supposed Cowboys fans were calling for the defensive and head coach to be fired after this loss. Talking about drama queens... .

There were a lot of pass batdowns/deflections this game by their secondary. Just very good coverage by the Skins. It happened to the great T.O. . The ball was delivered on target...and not caught because of excellent pass coverage. T.O. just needs to STFU. I know what he was trying to do with those comments. He was trying to phrase it diplomatically as to not start a controversy...but to say Romo wasn't looking for him...that's a load of crap. Yea...he wasn't getting the ball...because they were being deflected when they were delivered. Yes, at times, Romo overthrew or whatever...which is going to happen. Romo obviously didn't have a great game. It seemed like everyone on offense was a step or two slow compared to Washington's speed on defense. It really was a sight to behold how bad Washington's D made us look at times. I still think employing the two minute drill earlier in the fourth and more in the game was the answer...because that keeps their D off-balance. It worked at the end of the first half and at the end of the game...but it was not done enough to make a difference in the game. I'm not clear exactly why that is. We have done it in the past with success.

Hey, the Bengals are due for a win in my book and that secondary for the Cowboys has looked less than stellar even with the additions of Jones and Jenkins, although I thought the Jones pick-up was way over-hyped anyway.

The Bengals do have one of the top 5 pass defenses in the league as well BUT their run defense is 28th and their passing offense has looked less than stellar with the wide receivers they have but they get a boost this week as Chris Henry returns. I actually think this game could be interesting.

You never know, Lil Pun. But, don't discount the ability of the Cowboys to bounce back from a bad game. They are usually really good at coming back the next week and getting the job done. The bottom line is the Bengals have to play...for the most part...error free football. The Skins didn't make much of any errors. Sure, they couldn't stop all the Cowboys offensive plays but they did enough. More importantly, the Skins didn't do anything offensively to hurt themselves. It's going to take that same type of game from the Bengals to win. Who controls the line of scrimmage is usually the most important factor. The Redskins controlled that line on both sides of the ball...except for early when we recorded a few sacks.

Yeah, I don't doubt the Cowboys can bounce back I'm just not ready to dismiss the Bengals like everybody else will this week. I mean I expect the Cowboys to win but at the same time I would not be surprised if the Bengals sneaked past them.

F'n pathetic...All the mistakes and BS caught up to them...Very winable game but I will say that everyone sucked yesterday...Newman is the new Roy Williams and that's scary...

And TO's comments after the game have me thinking he's about to explode and be a douche...Not good...However, I will say that some of Romo's throws had me thinking WTF are you doing?

They needed to lose as I think it'll make them focus and do better down the line...They need to run the ball more and I do believe getting the ball to TO is a good thing, but like yesterday pointed out, at times, he can't catch and tooo much of TO isn't good...

Luckily the Bengals are coiming to town and the Cowboys should roll...

This loss should humble these fools. They have too much talent on this team not to make it to the big show. If they dont get their act together (chemistry wise and defense)....they'll screw it all up like they did last year. And I would be okay with that. :D
