With the way tmac is playing, i see Yao as the first choice, redd as the 2nd, while tmac do the scoring when needed.

And 1 thing for sure is that, when you have 3 guys who will get at 20 every night, it does not really matters if you are the 1st, 2nd or 3rd scorer.

One other aspect of Redd's game is that his dribble penetration, which other than Tmac, there is no one else doing it. His offensive game is tailor made to the inabilities of the current rox squad, 3p and dribble penetration.

On defense, with the less load tmac is carrying at offense, he will play much better defense. And with the good team defense that the rox have, i doubt that with the lost of 1 player, the whole defense will be collapsed.

Regarding about the contract, its huge, but i like the length of the contract. 2 years and another year after that player option. With that player option during the Lebron sweepstakes year, redd might be tempted to try his luck for the FA market, as a number of teams including rox have been preparing for it.

Its that or his contract ended the same year as yao's.

I don't think any team would offer him more than that after 2 more years. I say 95% chance he will pick it up and collect cash and get a contract ext. Honestly, he might ask for one as soon as he gets traded.

This is a video I found while surfing on the bucks site while i ain't sure if this is for fan serving purposes, Redd mentioned about prefering to shoot three over attacking the rim and him NOT JUMPING WELL. Hopefully this might help people think again before posting about the trade for Redd again.
