Doesn't seem like there's any verification at all for the Red Cross relief. I could probably go on there and click 'Yes' to everything and get $400.
What I don't get about this bullshit excuse by the red cross is that they've stated they've already spent 70 million. That divided by $400 would mean 175,000 homes. Highest number I've seen is 100k, with most estimates being around 20-30k homes. Math doesn't add up for Red Cross...

You also need to include the people who don't actually need it who are applying anyway, and only answering the questions in a way to get the cash.
