When I clicked on this forum earlier and saw that McGrady was out, I was highly disappointed. Then I saw this thread and thought to myself "At least all of these guys will be here tonight - that should make a difference." And it should. Why is the Rockets' home record so horrible? Because their home court advantage has been so horrible, plain and simple. It does suck that McGrady won't be there to have his home woes erased by you guys, but when he watches the game film or highlights, he'll definitely see the difference. And win or lose, I'll enjoy watching this game on League Pass more than any of the other home games (without regard to the outcome).

So I really hope you guys can get this thing going at home. The Rockets won't do this again if y'all don't impress. If you do and they keep it going, I'll make every effort to come down to Houston to join y'all on the next one.

Thanks for posting the picture. That's me with the drum on the front left and Mrs. Gutter Snipe is the little Japanese girl to my right.

The game was great. I'd like to think that we made a difference - sometimes it looked like the players were looking up trying to figure out who was actually cheering for them at a home game.

I have to say that I was crushed to find out that Toyota Center could be REALLY loud - when the fans were begging for t-shirts. That was the loudest it got, but at least everybody got off of their asses for the last 30 seconds.

Most of the Red Alert section stayed standing for most of the game.

I hope I didn't annoy any of the quiet asian fans below us with the drum. :D

Saw the game on LP in Austin, and I've gotta say you all made a big difference! And you brought your women! I knew I heard some babes screaming their heads off, lol! Seriously, you could tell the difference watching the game. I kept hoping they'd show you, because I could certainly hear you. Maybe they did in the first half. I missed most of the first half, but have it on DVR.

    GREAT JOB!!

Had a great time tonight. My voice is so sore from all the screaming and yelling. I hope they ask us back again, we really showed the other fans how to rock the crowd.

Wish I could have met everyone. I was the loud BLACK guy at the end of the stands. Shout out to the guys I sat beside, and to a couple of guys I recognized from U of H.

    What up!

I was there and that was the 6th game I have been to this year. I thought it was the loudest that I have heard the crowd so far. I was really into the game and came home with a hoarse voice. So props to all you Red Alerters, ya'll definitely made a difference.
