I never understood the desire to get some ultra secret strength training program in order to get results as fast as metabolically possible. Stuffing supplements or trying some crazy diet to cheat your way to the goal. 99% of the people I talk to who want to start lifting or dieting only want to start when every thing is in place so they do it all perfectly. AKA procrastination lazy ****s. It took you years of sloth to earn the body you have.
Nonsense- re. the 2 hour workout. Granted everyone is different but one doesn't need a 2 hour workout in order to get swole. Or feel swole. If he does the right workout and doesn't bs his way through a session then an hour is good enough to get that feeling. He just has to do the right workout and give it 100%. The rest is good advice for the OP.
Understood. I just wanted the OP to understand the difference when he's working out, from whatever his previous workouts are, compared to what he should be feeling. When his arms and chest is pulsating and waking up the next morning, knowing that he pretty much shred, ripped, and tore every piece of muscle he could possibly done... The results will be quicker, and he would not be demoralized by seeing the same body in the mirror each week. Many people tend to workout, and they think that they are giving it 100%. Then days, weeks, and months go by, and they don't see any change. They then forget their goals, or give up to because they aren't seeing any results (with no personal trainer). But then again, this goes back to what his goals really are. Does he want to look like a Greek God, or Lance Armstrong.
