Tuna fish on a bagel with slice of american cheese on top, pop that sucker in the oven for 10 mins and you got yourself a gourmet meal. Scrambled egg sandwich with some mayo. These aren't so much poor food but the stuff my mom would make for dinner when she was too lazy to cook.
