Japan spent all the money they could on schools, firestations, and roads pretty quickly. The United States will do the same during the first $30 Billion or so of this package. For Japan, when that didn't stimulate (Infrastructure spending almost never does*. That's not a statement on their worthiness, just their effect.), they went on to building really big bridges to nowhere, really big airports to nowhere, and random monuments. If Japan's response wasn't enough for Obama, the logical response would be to build Lewis Black's Big ****ing Thing (NSFW). I think pyramids are cool, so that's my vote.
