Adelman is so clueless with this team right now that he's probably going to give everybody a "chance" before we officially hit the panic button and try to facilitate a trade or two.

I hate being so pessimistic but i'm really finding it hard to have any confidence in Adelman right now. We were at our best whenever he was basically duplicating JVG's strategy of going all defense, slowing the game down, working Yao and T-Mac while playing the starters 40 minutes a night. Sure, as we discovered while JVG was still coach, that strategy is fatally flawed but at least we won games. That's more than you can say about anything Adelman has accomplished in his short time.

No, i'm not jumping on the "FIRE ADELMAN" bandwagon but we have every right to be frustrated. We have no imaginable excuse whatsoever to be this mediocre and here we are: approaching the 1/3 point of the season and we're on the outside of the playoffs looking in and with a team with all sorts of problems.

I really think we'll pull it all together at some point. Whether it's a trade or somebody stepping up and assuming the elusive "leader" role, we need something to re-energize this group.

I agree wholeheartedly. This team kind of sucks.
Would it be possible to swing a trade involving T-Mac and Baron Davis?

I don't think GS will agree to take Tracy for B.Davis. Davis had a great playoff series and is playing well right now. I don't think they need McGrady, what they need is additional help with rebounding and defense against guys like Boozer,KG,Amare.

hell no they wouldn't make that trade. Baron and Steven JAckson are the heart of that team.

That team has chemistry, something we need. Honestly, they're my favorite team to watch in the NBA, I mean who the hell doesn't love watching them (mavs fans don't respond).

The warriors give me goosebumps watching them; and is it sad that their series vs. dallas was the best thing that has happened to me over the last 10 years in NBA...all the rox have to do is win 1 series and it will trump that in my book, but sigh, it is not meant to be.

Just take a few weeks off from following them and see what happens. You might be surprised.

Will Memphis take Battier for Rudy Gay?

I just wish we had never made that trade. I just saw yesterday Rudy play, and this is just showing as we lost big time in this trade.

Actually, a really good suggestion, I am going to skip the game on Wednesday.

So you think everything with this franchise (including the record that would have been necessary to be in position to draft Rudy Gay), would have happened exactly the same way had they not made the Eddie Griffin trade?

Actually, TMac is shooting above his career average. This is the best he's shot since the 02-03 season.

    Addledman is getting desperate.

Novak's presence is simple: he can hit the 3-ball. With all the wide open looks other players are clanging he should be able to contribute something.
