So why we did not give him the last season?
    The reason is money.
Why can't we give him the whole career in Houston?
    Business is business?

he played 20 seasons in houston. his entire basketball career.

unfortunately there's this thing called a salary cap. and yes, the NBA is a business.

    Thanks ,Max.
I am a fan for Hoston for more than 15 years.
I hate Uath break the try of our championship with big three, even for Barkley. I like this guy.
But I still think what you called "entire " is " almost entire", just because one year.
I really want Once a Rocket man, always a Rocket man, even for a business league,Both for Dream and Yao.But now I think it is a Big Dream.

    1. Rebuilding is a bad idea. I will not explain why at this moment because of number 2.

    2. The season isn't over! Can we at least wait a week for these kinds of threads?

I don't know about all of you but I would endure through a losing season or two to end up with a player like LeBron, Howard, Chris Paul or D-Wade that could carry our franchise for about 10 years.

wow we finally have a real team and pass the first round. this team is basically 2 years old and you want to blow it up and rebuild?? we handled the up and coming team blazers and actually showed that we could run with the top seeded lakers. oh and regular season we handed lebron his ass back to him. this is team 22. how quickly we forget. this team made history. and if artest is crazy enough to re-sign with us then we can steamroll our way through to the championship next year. but yeah. blow up this team.

yeah, we wanted to win the championships but the majority of fans seem complacent with just getting out of the first round and stealing game one in LA.
but now you want to blow up the team???

GTFO. literally. Yao will win a ring and he will win it in houston. whether or not tmac decides to show up for it im fine either way. as long as a motivated tmac shows up or we get a good player with heart in exchange. i would even take AI over the recent tmac.

you bandwagon fans make me sick. this is clutchfans not bandwagon fans. we win fair and we lose fair. all in all we do it together as a family.
