I just don't see any major trades happening until the offseason. I would like to see Scola starting instead of Hayes and Landry getting the back up PF/C minutes. That would leave our starting rotation as:

    Alston
    McGrady
    Battier
    Scola
    Yao

    and main bench guys:

    Brooks
    Bonzi
    Landry
    (occasionally) Head

Obviously PG would still be an issue but hopefully TMac and Yao stay healthy and the rest are able to play with energy (especially Landry and Scola).

Also give Snyder a shot. I mean, **** it, what do they have to lose at this point?

He was in a suit at the Spurs game so i guess he's injured or like before stated: DNP - personal problems, or something like that. Snyder is definetly an asset since he can dunk major time. The Rockets need more spark and more fire like against the Spurs. I can definetly tell you a big contribution to their win was the 2/3 dunks by Landry. Those type of scores get the crowd into it, the team into it and the other team down if you're lucky. Scola, Hayes, Battier, Head and maybe others i haven't see all have the ability to dunk so just do it. Especially Hayes since Hayes gets a lot of rebounds and open lanes to the basket, he just needs to be more aggresive. Scola too because he dunked a lot in Europe so he can do it here too.
We don't need drastic changed, only more fire, determination and look for people who get cold in the 4th and bench them. Adelman took a huge risk against the Spurs to play all 3 rookies in the 4th which is a risk i think not many coached dare to take, then again we have 3 outstanding rookies. If it weren't for the rookies we wouldn't be at 22-19, it would be more around 15-26. Scola has had many great games to give us a win with either points or hustle, Brooks has had a 20+ game and a lot of games where he made big threes and Landry's hustle & athleticism has given us a huge lift. So if the starters don't come to play just play the rookies, they will play hard no matter what. I hope Adelman will really show some confidence in either Landry or Scola to start them, see if it works out with Hayes off the bench. That's the only real change i can see, the rest is just obsolete talk.
Maybe McGrady at SF and Brooks alongside Rafer at SG but Battier's hustle at the defensive end is what's giving him a position as a starter just like Hayes. They both are liabilities at the offensive end which needs to result in less minutes, practice harder or lose starter position. I don't think this is going to happen though because defense is what got us here, not offense.

"drastic changes" will only happen if the rox miss the playoff or got knock out at the first round.

A trade will be coming if he get great values. Just because we won the last couple of games and Tmac is sorta back into the lineup, doesn't guarantee us winning big or making into the playoffs.

Morey has hinted that trades are welcome even with tmac, but the price has to be right.

If chicago willing to part with deng plus wallace, then I think morey will pull the trigger.

you see, no one is untradeable, you just have higher or lower trade values.
