I thought before last season it was obvious Denver had made good rebuilding decisions and I thought they and Memphis were the dark horses for lower WC seeds. Of course I thought the Jazz would be the worst team in the West--not accurate their.

I think comparing Denver to Golden State is a great way to examine the best way to go from sucky to having a future. Denver has a very good future and Golden State remains in the toilet. GS never seems to learn either, just look at what they paid Foyle, who will probably be the worst starting offensive playing in the league bar none.

I want to know what happened in the last 24 hours. I still think he's baiting us, but that 24 hours comment has me confused. Especially when you combine it with the comments Kiki made about Kenyon saying, and I'm paraphrasing, "he should go back to New Jersey. It's what he really wants."

you can frontload the actual dollars you pay a guy and give him a lot in the early years, but like Nikestrad said, you can't frontload the cap hit. no matter how much of the contract you turn into an upfront signing bonus, the cap hit for a guy must be greater than or equal to the cap hit from the year before meaning the first year has to be the lowest cap figure for a contract.
