Three years ago: no Holiday and i think Evans too for a couple of games + no Conley for few games + no Beverley and Dwight on one leg + no Love and no Irving...

Last season: no Kawhi while being pretty much down 0-1 after the first home game...

This season: no Paul while being down 2-3...

They surely have NO bad luck.

    Asterisks are for losers.

If Paul stayed healthy and the Rockets won the title, would we have put asterisks because of no Ricky Rubio, no Iguodala, and maybe no Kevin Love?

Agreed. Us rockets fans should never try to throw shade on another teams title.

    this is as stupid as,

putting an asterisk next to Rox's 2 titles, because of inferior competition, as MJ was out of the league

Yeah, I think Chamberlain was gone in those years, too. Asterisk, for sure.

Lmao we can be cynical about it though.

I think there would be more asterisks in the future with people getting hurt in the postseason.

    He retired from the NFL.

Magical luck is not part of the NBA. It's preordained; whomever the NBA picks to be champion will be champion.
