He doesn't have perspective of either party. He's just a grifter who latches on to what best suits his personal gain. He has no ideology. Is he a white supremacist? Probably not because again he isn't an ideolgical type person. He never put thought into his ideas and principles. Trump was what I wound consider a "casual racist" in that he has little empathy for people not like him and takes little to no effort to understand other cultures. He also has no moral issues with pandering to racists like by stating most people that come from Mexico are rapists and murderers.

Trump had significanltly harsher ideas for criminal justice than Biden. He has a history of acting shocked and outraged over alleged black rapists and has repeatedly demanded draconian punishments.
