If they really wanted T-Mac to shoot, why not just run the usual high pick and roll at the top of the key. Better yet, why not get the quick 2 and play the foul game? Well if JVG would burn to's whn teams go on a 6-2 run then maybe we would have to's. It doesnt matter its just part of it. Tracy and Yao will get over it. Dont throw brick when you live in a glass house though.

With 2.8 seconds left down by 3, he has a point, put in 5 guys capable of making the 3.....

It is not complaining about the missing shot AT ALL. You are totally missing the point. Tmac made a bad decision to pull out and reset when time was running out. He must be having second thoughts when he could have launched the first time. Had he missed on that first opportunity, I don't think Yao would have be pissed at him. Even he did, most people here won't be on his side, because no one expects a player to make a last second shot all the time. That is not even expected from Jordan or Miller.

This game helped prove the importance of someone like Luther Head. Tmac needs that threat to help alleviate some of the double teaming. I am not saying that Luther Head is our "savior", but he could have changed the dynamic of that play and the game. He is the third scorer on this team right now. Even after all of that we almost won the game. I thought it was a good defensive effort, but we just couldn't make shots.

    tmac lost us this game.

but seriously, is that the best play we can draw up at the end of the game? why not screen for him at the top and let him rise up and shoot from the top rather than fading away from the baseline? JVG is horrible.

but player-wise, tmac lost us this game. i have never seen him play this horrible w/o impacting much in any aspect of the game. usually, his passing would be dominating if his shot is not. none was on display last night. VERY VERY disappointing performance from tmac.

w/ that said, yao and the other big men DID NOT rebound at all much of the 4th and the pick and roll D was horrible. and yao did miss that layup that would push the lead to 6 rather than stay at 4 and jazz cut it to two.

the biggest culprit for the game was tmac. he was invisible. but he was 2-4 in the 4th and i was wondering why we kept going to yao when obviously he was tired and didn't have any lift on his shots, even layups.

I don't see any point of discussing how to hit the final 3s in the last 10 seconds to draw or make a win. I think it would be more interesting if we discuss about how to avoid this type of situation, and play well through out the game, instead of making countless mistakes in the game plan, ball movement and searching for a saviour in the final seconds.

Chill out, it's just one game. Even if someone hits the 3 this time, who's gonna hit it next time? Take it easy. I believe the Rox will learn a lesson from this game, good luck, and work hard my Rox. Cuz u can do it, and you know it. We all do.

We didnt lose the game because of that last play. Tmac is a momentum shooter.

which is why i say why didn't we go to tmac more after that alley-oop in the 4th? yao scored only 4 pts in the 4th b/c he was tired. not his fault. but mac was fresh.
