Ok.... well if u would of watched the second half of the game u could of CLEARLY seen that WE had total control of this FREAKING GAME untill the last 4 min of the 4th Quarter... GOSH DAMNIT I HATED THIS GAME...
I find the whole sequence hysterical. From Tmac passing to Alston for no reason who takes a stupid 3. Then JVG calls a timeout to set up a play to get a good shot off. And then of course Tmac puzzling all of us here on what the hell he was trying to pull off. He was open in that corner for a second, I don't know why he didn't shoot...
In his first year? Maybe. In JVG's era, not a chance. He is locked into the low post. His range is limited right now. Amare may have a better 17 or 18 footer jumper.
I think this might be true, b/c after the game end, I did see yao facing T-mac or someone with a really piss off facial expression. (my first thougt was he was yelling at T-mac, but i didn't pay much attention to it)
calm down calm down. jazz is no weak compared with rox, let's face it. and they are very very tough and they have done so many times coming from behind in the last few minutes. if rox cannot set up a big lead from the beginning and tmac obviously is not there offensively, no way rox will win. so don't be so disappointed.
you know what thats exactly what I was thinking! lol and I do believe if Yao practices enough from 3pt line he can make them at a high percentage cuz he's just that good of a shooter and he has that soft touch! its not like he has to put up a hook shot from 3pt line!!
Ronnie Nunn doesn't do jack crap. I emailed him a few weeks ago when Yao was tackled, and he didn't even mention it on his show. In fact, I bet he didn't even know that Yao was tackled because that's how little respect we get. Nunn is useless. And no, the refs don't get punished. They just "learn" from their mistakes.
I dont understand why tmac would constantly just throw one up with 18 seconds left on the shot clock and this time he decided to pass when there's less than 2 seconds remaining. i'm not a Tmac hater, i love him. but i just hope he'll find a way to help rox win...before its too late this lose is not so bad, its a wake up call for the Rox, when the game is on the line, we need to do better than today.
Yeah, I saw Yao clearly yelling at someone at the end of the play. My guess is its T-Mac. I think Yao clearly spoke his mind in a moment of passion. I hope nothing is amiss. Things like this does happen in the heat of a battle. Forget the whole thing and get ready for the next game.
T-mac still has not learned how to play with a low-post scorer. He plays much better when there is a defensive center on the court, like Deke. T-mac could call Kobe up and ask him for advice. At least Kobe won 3 rings with Shaq, so he must know a thing or two. Or the coaching staff has to come up with a way for both Yao and T-mac to play efficiently.
that is the same shot Kobe made to go into ot. Rafer was so anxious to be the hero, that he did Not scan the court for a higher percentage shot...ie pass the ball to an open Yao rolling to the basket. At the least, Yao ties with 2 fts.
