    I say let the GOP confirm their justice. If Democrats get the senate this election, get rid of filibuster and then pack the courts. In the future, every administration with the control of senate can pack the court, until constitution amendments is passed. Why do we need precedence and follow norms when GOP does not care for anything as long as it is legal? In face most GOP would be perfectly happy if we get rid of democracy as long as they figure out a way to stay in power.
