#1 You need new friends. #2 The guy shouldn't have been carrying out of a building a woman screaming "rape".
You're post done pissed me off. If you haven't had to deal with drunken females you are lucky but I have. I've had quite a few birthday parties get out of control when the birthday girl "just wants to have fun". It's a nightmare. You try to control them so they don't hurt themselves or others and the minute you do they turn their anger towards you. Scratch, kick, spit, whatever to leave them alone and probably get themselves arrested or worse.
How about the family that sold out the daughter for cash? I mean who lets their daughter marry someone who did that to them?
That elevator video was brutal. Can't believe this piece of **** is going to be playing football in 1 more game.
I actually appreciate you trying to add a little perspective which is often missing from threads like these, so don't take this the wrong way, but..... A "mistake" is locking your keys in your car, not KNOCKING YOUR SO OUT COLD in a hotel elevator. I've made LOTS of mistakes in my life but never that one. And I can guarantee I never will.
If she really wanted to marry him there is nothing the family can do. How do you know they didn't tell her not to marry him?
A lot of athletes are definitely going " I'm glad there were no cameras around during my domestic dispute"
I agree whole-heartedly. Was not defending him or his actions. I guess my point was that we do not know anything about his life except for this one event, albeit a really bad one, which could very well be an outlier in terms of how he lives his life. He could go build houses for Habitat for Humanity, or perhaps do a lot of charity work in the offseason - we would have no way of knowing or hearing about it. For that reason, I thought it was a little unfair to label him a "Bad Person" with such a degree of certainty. Based on what I do know of millionaire athletes (which is not much), I get that it's highly unlikely. The truth is we just don't know.
