I think drug companies spend a lot of money on marketing for drugs people don't really need. That's a whole other topic.
As others have pointed out, the "rationing" is already taking place with our horrid private insurers. I have no issue (in fact, I support) rationing health care. Of course, this means that the rich will have better access to better care. No real shocker there, and, again, no change either.
