blink twice - 7/10 all i noticed was the space between the bebe's teeth could fit a refugee family of 5. i read it was a documentary on epstein island. didn't know an amnesia drug existed like that. i thought they just called it a covid vaccine.
Put this here because dont want to make a thread. Wasnt renee zellweger good at acting at some point?
"Vivarium" on Tubi starring Jesse Eisenberg and Imogen Poots Knew nothing about this movie going in. Just a crazy premise that I think made the film. I'm still not sure what I watched exactly. A lot of questions but the general premise is understood at the end. 8/10
Sonic 3 - 9/10 - worthy of all the hype and praise. Aside from lacking video game locations once again, I think they missed the opportunity to have Sonic revisit (at least in his memories) his homeland and learn a lesson similar to Shadow. There’s also a bit too much Jim Carrey doing things to cater to kids and or modern audiences. It just feels too on the nose w/ some of the stuff, but he’s definitely on his game and it’s the most hilarious roles he’s done in a decade. Keanu Reeves was great as Shadow too!
Nosferatu (2024) - Not my favorite Eggers and I probably wouldn't watch it again but was alright for one viewing.
Interstellar 9/10. Only 10 years late on this one and a little confusing but wow what a movie. The whole cast absolutely killed it!
Did you follow what was happening while watching? I needed somone explain it to me like I was a 5 year old lol.
I had ZERO expectations when this first started but I have to say, they are all a fun watch, a guilty pleasure of my time
Definitely all are a fun watch, but this is the first one that truly felt like a proper Sonic movie in terms of pacing, screentime for all the characters as well as one that lives up to a Hollywood movie with Jim Carrey leading the way.
Tenet was ludicrous, but I did indeed follow the plot of Inerstellerar. It was Mac's search for MUUUURRRRPPPPHHHH May have involved some corn, and gravity, not sure?
from my phd level research into this, basically different planet with different time zones and people got old. in the end, the father becomes the son and space has church music.
The one thing I didn’t like about interstellar was when the father reunited with the daughter they spent what seemed like 45 seconds together. They traversed space and time to see each other again. Saved the human species. Could you guys spend maybe an hour or two together??? They didn’t need to show more screen time but they should have shown time passing a bit.
i thought matt met murf just as she was about die and she didn’t want him to be around as she passes on. also nothing from that future space station screamed beings that mastered 4d exploration.
That was actually pretty good, I hate how they end up showing the majority of the commercial for the SB before the friggin game, gone are the days of it being a surprise, I used to look forward to the commercials during the game, but social media has ruined it
